I have this keys in my list:

So as I understand if I get a GPG error with NO_PUBKEY 22DB56F984478DDF
I have to fetch it with sth. like (quote from your link):

but the key isn't found on several keyservers.

I just ran apt-get update. Didn't try to install anything.
