How suggested by Gudjon:

# rm -fR /usr/src/modules/nvidia-kernel
# rm -f /usr/src/modules/nvidia-kernel-2.6.14-1-amd64-k8_1.0.7676-3_amd64.deb

and re-launched configuration it works.

However with this last version of nvidia and previous version,
glxgears returns a minor number of FPS: ~2600 respect to ~3300. Could
be related using 'baghira' on kde?
