Hi Erwann.

You can use the "vanilla" sources and (x)config your x86_64 kernel yourself if 
you want:

http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/linux-2.6.11.7.tar.gz

or if you have an debian-amd64 installation already, run: 

apt-cache search kernel-source

and you can choose.
