I've just tried out fluxbox and enlightenment, and both show the same issues,
drawing window decorations (titlebar, etc) always on the first monitor, even
with the window on the second.

So maybe it is my setup (two displays on a radeon 9800), or an amd64 problem
(xfree86-server, xlibs, kde, <some random package>)...

Any hints or suggestions?
