I've got this board and everything works very well [*] and it looks very
stable... I use the snd_intel8x0 alsa module for the audio card and the
forcedeth one for the network card.

[*] I just have some troubles with my 2 SATA disks (which I use with
software raid1), because when I/O grows the system slows a little too
much, modem connection hangs, etc.: when I had IDE disks I was able to
improve performances with hdparm, now I'm still looking for a good
solution.
