Hi.
I have a zv6169AE notebook.
To install debian i passed these options:

linux26 acpi=off (or was noacpi??) vga=791

As soon as you can, install a new kernel (at least 2.6.12) so you can
avoid the timer problem by passing to the kernel the option
no_timer_check.
