You might have gotten the old OOo there but not the one you are trying
to install. The Debian-amd64 archive does not contain any
openoffice.org-bin package in the apt repository and if it did it
wouldn't have those Depends.
So the question remains:
Where do you get the openoffice.org-bin from?
What does apt-cache policy openoffice.org-bin say?
