Do _not_ manually upgrade any packages. I did a simple dist-upgrade
and got Xorg installed with the exception of xbase-clients and xutils.
If I say "apt-get install xbase-clients xutils" apt will try to remove
(most of) KDE.
Survival commands if you've lost KDE:
apt-get remove libglu1-xorg
apt-get install kdebase ...
