Yes. Except for a bit of lousy design with the motherboard (a pain to fit into some small cases), the system works fine. I've been running both 32 bit and 64 bit Sarge on this. Simple, cheap and functional, things which I find positive.

As for your first question though, I've run Debian-AMD64 on a lot of test and personal servers, by now two dozen or so, without any issues that couldn't be quickly fixed (except for broken code for ircu+Lain 1.2.0 that won't compile on a 64 bit arch, but we're working on that). I'm still scared of putting it on any production server - then again, I mostly run woody on production servers anyway. However, I think it's just me being stuck with habits, there are no real unsolved problems with Debian-AMD64 that I've faced. It seems most of the problems related to the GCC4 experimental archive or 3D/X issues which don't affect servers.
