You do not have the required version of gnat installed. gnat-3.3
is a different package than gnat. The ada that is part of gcc
3.3 (and 3.4?) is not really stable yet. The debian package do
not build with gnat-3.3 because of this. The older gnat package
(gnat 3.15p-12) does not support amd64.

You're making a shared lib using a static lib because there is no
shared version of libgnat. gnat-3.4 should have a shared version
of the library and I suggest you try that.
