apt-get not working

Hi,
Max told me this is fixed in the cvs repository. Can anyone point me to
it.

When I apt-get install anything I get
apt-get install libc6
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Doneapt-get install libc6

You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gnuplot: Depends: gnuplot-x11 (= 4.0.0-2) but it is not going to be
installed
gnuplot-nox: Depends: libgd2-noxpm (>= 2.0.23) but it is not going to
be installed or
libgd2-xpm (>= 2.0.23) but it is not going to be
installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or
specify a solution). Then
this has a lib problem which I can't fix.
Can anyone help?
Gavin.
