It took near 300 seconds to compile > it. Yep, same time for my old AMD XP 1800+ and kernel 2.6.x and gcc 3.2.x or 3.3.x (don't remember). I'm sure my Mobile AMD Athlon 64 3000+ notebook takes much less than 20 minutes, but I don't have real numbers to back that up now.
