libqt3c102-mt status in gcc-3.4 archive?

I am working on a fresh installation from the gcc-3.4 archives. I have most
of the system working well, but kde is badly broken. I think that it is
similiar to the problem discussed on this list in February, caused by a
broken libqt3c102-mt package. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I had a
mixture of packages from the gcc-3.4 and pure64 archives for awhile. Using
the package from the pure64 archive gave much better results with kde,
although there were many other problems.

I tried to build my own version of libqt3c102-mt, but cannot fetch the
required dependencies. I get the following message:

homer64:~$ sudo apt-get build-dep libqt3c102-mt
Reading Package Lists... Done

E: Build-dependencies for libqt3c102-mt could not be satisfied.

Thanks in advance for any assistance. If additional information is needed,
please let me know how I can help.
