It's part of the libg2c0 package.

Is this a debian package?  If it is, it should have a dependency
on that package and if it doesn't it's broken.

Is that a 32 bit application?  Then you might need to install
i386 version of that lib.  The gcc-3.4 package doesn't seem to be
providing this yet.
