What does those cards do?

If they are PCI ADSL cards, then as far as I know very few have support
in Linux.

I personally have only used the Sangoma S518 PCI ADSL card and a bunch
of external ethernet connected ADSL modems. The external just work with
anything of course. The internal I don't think has amd64 drivers yet
although the main software developer did tell me he was working on
porting the drivers to amd64.

Since your card isn't one of those, I have no idea about support, except
that I have mainly seen that unusualy PCI cards are not supported by
anything other than the versions of windows they ship with drivers for.
I often wonder when people get these if they will have support in
Windows in 5 years.
