Yes. Here's mine:
root@Darius:/# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ sid main contrib non-free
deb ftp://mirror.ox.ac.uk/debian/ sid main contrib non-free

To get into the chroot (as root or sudo)
chroot /var/chroot/sid-ia32
Then you can run top, install OOo etc.
