This was a bug in the archive maintenance script, it did not accept
versions newer then those in sid for a short period. Unfortunately, the
patched util-linux version was uploaded in this timeframe and not added
to the Packages file. It was fixed today.

A patch to fix this is already in the BTS, #248121.
