Micro/FlexATX hardware for Athlon 64

I was hoping that by now someone has gotten around to checking some
MicroATX/FlexATX motherboards for Athlon 64 with some Linux experiences.
For cheap, simple, small priority servers in high numbers MicroATX has
proven itself a good choice in the Intel world: little price, little
space. I was just hoping to start buying AMD64 equipment soon, so I could
add little heat to the list.

What interests me is stability and onboard LAN functionality. Problems
with audio and graphics are of no concern for servers.

I've noticed products at least from MSI, Asrock and Asus, though many seem
to be equipped with SiS chipsets, I've only been using Via so far. Any
good/bad experiences with SiS chipsets, MicroATX or otherwise?
