The right commands:
sudo apt-get install build-essential fakeroot bug-buddy
sudo apt-get build-dep epiphany
export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="nostrip"
apt-get source epiphany
cd epiphany-0.5.1
fakeroot dpkg-buildpackage
dpkg -i ../epiphany_0.5.1-1_amd64.deb
epiphany http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.acpi.devel/8284
