Re: sid-amd64-netinst.iso install report



Hi,

A week ago I got myself a new m/b with 64bit 3200+ cpu. The motherboard
is very similar to yours, namely GA-k8ns ultra for 939 pin cpu.

I've downloaded the same netinstaller and didn't have any issues what so
ever. The installation went smooth, no errors at all. One of the
differences is that i use IDE hard disk rather then the SATA.

I've read that there are some issues with sata in the kernel, perhaps
you should google for it.
