Missing release-file in pure64 directory on Alioth?

Hi,

I'm trying to do a:

#cdebootstrap -a amd64 sid /pure64 
http://debian-amd64.alioth.debian.org/pure64/
I: Installing the Debian sytem
P: Retrieving Release
E: Couldn't download Release!

I've noticed that in /dists/sarge on alioth there exist a release file 
but not in /pure64/dists/sid or unstable. Could it be the reason?
