yack... it looks weird to me... 

I just add /lib64 and /usr/lib64 to /etc/ld.so.conf and did ldconfig so
it grabbed libraries from that directories and ld itself is clever
enough  to distinguish between 32 and 64 bit version...
at least this is my vision
