I'm currently copying this to ftp://alioth.debian.org/pub/debian-x86-64/,
together with all the packages from your mirror and my packages.
If you want to add files there, it's in the 
/org/alioth.debian.org/chroot/ftproot/pub/debian-x86-64 tree on alioth.
Can you add a debdiff file against the original package, it helps a lot
if someone else wants to port the changes to the latest release.

I suppose we should put all our files there, since we already have access
control there for all members of alioths debian-x86-64 project. I'll try
to find a better way of autogenerating the Packages lists for apt.
