Are you sure that debian-admin knew about that machine?  I certainly
read about it for the first time *now*.  If it is a debian.org-managed
machine, then debian-admin should have accounts on it.  If it is your
personal (or organisations) machine and you are handing out accounts
while debian.org is rather not involved, it doesn't matter.
