Unfortunately kde-baseapps FTBFS.  I think the first error is:

make[4]: *** No rule to make target '/usr/lib/libsoprano.so', needed by 'lib/libkonq.so.5.14.10.abi1'.  Stop.

That's strange.  libsoprano4_2.9.4+dfsg-3 is installed for the build.
Ahh, but there is no libsoprano-dev in the build-deps, and that is the
package with libsoprano.so.
