Bug#684932: amarok FTBFS on Alpha: link problem that can be worked around.

Source: amarok
Version: 2.6~rc1-1
Severity: important
Justification: Fails to build from source (but built in the past)
User: debian-alpha@lists.debian.org
Usertags: alpha
X-Debbugs-CC: debian-alpha@lists.debian.org

amarok FTBFS on Alpha with:

/usr/include/qt4/QtCore/qbasicatomic.h:80:(.text+0x11fc): relocation
truncated to fit: GPREL16 against symbol
`QMetaTypeId<KUrl>::qt_metatype_id()::metatype_id' defined in
section in
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

during the link of ../lib/libamaroklib.so.1.0.0

Full build log at:

This is due to a long standing bug in the Alpha linker that sometimes
results in link failures in very large C++ projects. It can be worked
around by linking with -Wl,--no-relax. Would it be possible to add
-Wl,--no-relax to the link flags when building on Alpha?
