hung DS10 - WAS: Please test new kernel-image-2.6.10-alpha packages

I installed the generic kernel and the initrd-tools, but upon reboot my
DS10 hangs.  This system contains two scsi cards, an NCR 53C895 and a
Qlogic 1020 (DEC originals, I don't remember the part numbers).  Here
are details of the devices attached to the scsi cards, from 'show config':

I was running kernel 2.6.8-1 (generic) without problem.
