Linux doesn't run on those.

There are patches for 2.2.9 (google for it), and by hacking a bit more I got 
it to boot. But when it looked like I had to write a NIC and/or SCSI driver, 
I just installed NetBSD and went on to other projects. So even with these 
patches you're not gonna be able to mount root.

Nobody else seems interested in coding for turbochannel, so good luck with 
that.

This was on a DEC 3000/300LX.
