OK, at least part of the problem with Galeon 1.2.x is that the .dscfile does not list the tarball. There's been a bug filed about thistoday. See http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=141073 .

Once apt-get source actually works, buildd will have a fighting chance:-)
