up1500 kernel compile time
just curious, about how long is a kernel compile on an 800mhz up1500? anyone
know how they compare to a dual 1ghz pmac? i'm considering a new machine,
and might switch back to ppc. the lack of a ddr fsb in macs is leaning me
toward the up1500. i imagine two ghz g4s are pretty starved for memory
bandwidth.
