This is news to me.  I know there's a problem with COFF binaries and one
of the later 2.4 kernels (I think it's 2.4.10) that causes Netscape to not
start up properly, but I didn't know about any other browsers having
problems (konquerer works ok on my machine, so there's at least ONE
browser working).

Do you have any more info on this or some mail that documents
this?  Perhaps I can help along any fix that's needed.
