Argh...still. That's it, I'm refiling the bug report with my patch. I
just had an semi-argument with someone on the kernel list about this very
problem. Last time, the maintainer of netkit-ping talked me out of
insisting that the patch be incorporated into netkit-ping (saying that
everyone should be using iputils-ping anyway), but I won't let him
dissuade me this time :-)
