RE: Alpha and Debain



I just installed redhat 6.2 with out any problems
so I am pretty sure there is something wrong with the newer alpha kernel.

Did you compile it yourself? Is it one from debian? What's the version
number and what does it print as it boots, you should see a line similar
to:

ooting on EB164 variation SX164 using machine vector SX164 from SRM
