j'ai eu le meme probleme avec un venerable AS200 4/233, et finalement
il a fallu modifier deux choses par rapport a la config initiale
du source noyau :
 
-- support frame buffer en TGA
-- architecture 'avanti' plutot que generique

le 'boot from SRM' est OFF par defaut donc je sais pas si ca empeche
de booter depuis MILO

it worked with my AS200 4/233 with:
-- TGA /dev/fb0
-- 'avanti' architecture rather than 'generic'
