small apt problem...

Hey all;

I went to do a apt-get update today and I get: 

<SNIP>
Err http://http.us.debian.org potato/main Packages
  Could not open file
/var/state/apt/lists/partial/http.us.debian.org_debian_dists_potato_main_binary-alpha_Packages.decomp
- open (17 File exists)
<SNIP>

Since I haven't done anything lately and it worked yesterday, I'm
guessing it is not on my end of things..
