Problems with 2.2 kernels on noritake (AS1000A)

Hello,

I cannot run any 2.2 kernel on AS 1000A - noritake.
I can see, that kernel starts booting, but after while (I cannot see where)
it switch back to "blue screen" and:
halted CPU0
halt code = 6
double halt error
PC=fffffc0000319f80

At this moment, I'm running on 2.0.35 from:
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/linux/alphalinux/Linux-Alpha/Kernels/alpha-sources-2.0.35-0.1.tar.gz
but I have to boot mikasa kernel first, only after booting this kernel I can
boot noritake kernel ...

I also tried to pull out all devices from PCI/ISA slots with no success ...

I tried to install NetBSD with no problems ...

I want to upgrade to potato from slink ... can potato run with some 2.0 kernel?
And what 2.0 kernels are known to work on alpha? Which sources, patches ...

Thanx for your help ... Bye ...
