[potato]ntpdate could not adjust the time

Hi,

These days I have a problem to use ntpdate.
When the machine starts up it adjust to a wrong time.
Following is the result of "ntpdate -d ntp-server".
I think the problem is the MSB of the timestamp.
The timestamp of the server and the client is almost same but the MSB.
Any suggestions?
