New apt - static version requested

Hi!

A new version of apt (0.3.19) has been uploaded to Incoming (so source is
available as http://incoming.debian.org/apt_0.3.19.tar.gz)

This version is supposed to fix some annoying random deadlocks when
installing/upgrading from CDs.

So, it would be really nice to have a static compile of this new version in
the "upgrade suite".

You already compiled once, so you probably still know that static-compile
procedures are in
  http://panic.et.tudelft.nl/~costar/potato/upgrade-i386/source/

As before, you can put the results on an FTP/HTTP site for me to fetch, or
e-mail them to me directly.

Also, please include a GPG/PGP-signed list of md5sums of the packages, like
last time. Ftpmasters refuse to do anything without them (or even with
them...)
