date command .......

Hi,

After reading both the manual pages and the --help, it still puzzles me....
My system thinks she lives in 2019 ! That does give me a good feeling
because it runs, so no worries for me the 31st of December : - )
Does anybody know how to use the date -s (or date --set=......) command ?
I would like the date to be the actual.
The BIOS/Firmware date is the current (=correct) one.......

Kind regards,
Aernoudt
