My new 2.2.13 kernel stops during booting. No error message is displayed, and the last console message I see changes depending on the "make configure" Right now, the last message is "scsi-ncr53c7,8xx: at PCI bus 0, device 6, function 0". I've been through several configurations, trying to turn off things that might be affecting the boot. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out what exactly is failing?
