clock goes 40% faster on SX164

Hi.

Recently, I switched from RedHat 5.2 to Debian 2.1.
Most of the things are great but the clock gains
about 14 sec in 10 seconds. I experienced this problem
in earlier versions of RedHat but not in latest 5.2.

Please let me know how to correct the clock speed.
