/etc/milo.conf - see ftp://genie.ucd.ie/pub/alpha/milo/milo.conf.example.

Look at the `miloctl' tool and its manpage at the abovementioned location.
You can combine the initial command and milo.conf, using the init
command only to point MILO to the milo.conf location.
