Alphastation and ISDN again

Greetings,

Config: Alphastation 250 4/266
            96 MByte RAM
            Latest Firmware
            Debian 2.1
            Kernel 2.2.5
            isdnutils-9903031200 or isdnutils-9903291200 (tried both)
            isdn-kernel-patches 9903031200 or 9903291200 (tried both)

Everything now compiles just fine. The modules for the AVM
(Fritz-Classic) installs without any problems (io=0x340 irq=9). I
explicitely go into the directory where the new iscnctrl (after i also
did a make install) recides.

When i now type 'isdnctrl addif ippp0' i still get an exception:

isdnctrl: Exception at [<fffffc0000470ca0>] (fffffc0000470dc0)
isdnctrl: Exception at [<fffffc0000470dc4>] (fffffc0000470dbc)
addif: Unknown address

I'm really frustrated 'cause i tried everything i could think of. Can
someone please help me?

bye,
                Harry
