The deb isn't there in potato. I refer you to
<87k90e4hys.fsf@nocrew.org>, posted on this list.
The deb is there in slink, and it's also in the Packages file in
slink.

It was bitten by the perennial `only uploaded to frozen' problem.
I've resymlinked it in potato (it's still in slink, if you need it).
