Be happy with 5 MB, the Bios I have insists on a 50 MB Partition,
because winsuxNT won't install on less.

The 5 MB are a bit small I think. I would put root.bin and base2_0.tgz 
on the boot partition also, so that when something goes wrong I can
boot a rescue system from there or install a base system onto the swap 
partition. It comes in real handy sometimes.
