nano-HOWTO expanding [additions]

Hi,

  The Debian/Alpha nano-HOWTO has been expanded with the kind aid of
Guenther Geiger. I've been promised additional setup information for
that thing that operates on Ruffian motherboards (ARCSBIOS) and am
actively scanning Digital's FTP archives for information.

  Additional chapters are being added to the HOWTO, with pointers to
resources and other sites.

  Please peruse the new version and be kind enough to show me the
errors of my ways, if I do err.
