Booting APC 164 UX

Hmmm,

I made the rescue disk with

	dd if=resc1440.bin of=/dev/fd0 bs=512 conv=sync; sync

the disks I used are from the

	981031/pc164/resc1440.bin
	981031/pc164/drv1440.bin

The ARC loader is a little different than as described in the README.  I had
to set the environment variables from the Setup Menu.  They are as follows:

	OsLoadPartition = multi(0)disk(0)fdisk(0)
	SystemPartition = multi(0)disk(0)fdisk(0)
	OsLoadFileName  = \milo
	OsLoader        = multi(0)disk(0)fdisk(0)\linload.exe

Now I try and boot it and I get

	ERROR: Invalid program path 
	OsLoader = multi(0)disk(0)fdisk(0)\linload.exe
	ERROR: Invalid operating system loader path
	OsLoader=multi(0)disk(0)fdisk(0)\linload.exe

Bummer.  What should the path be?
