That should be `-B' not `-b' and add `-m"Bart Warmerdam
<bartw@xs4all.nl>"' (or whatever address).
Personally, I would think very carefully about using fakeroot, it's
got an incredibly chequered history and I wouldn't trust it for
recompiles.
