I built menu without the -O2 (used -O0 instead), and now it doesn't
segfault anymore in update-menus.  According to gdb it segfaulted
in free() although no free() is references in the source (so it must
be that C++ magic destructor stuff).

So, unfortunately it seems that our gcc_2.91.57-3.1.deb still isn't
perfect...  This menu stuff is an easy test, simply run "update-menus"
without any arguments (and watch the syslog output or run under gdb).
