I proposed a more formal system for m68k systems long time back, but
it was not wanted at all. I was told to just use the normal debian
system. My suggestion to include an "Arch" field in the bug report was
also unwanted. That boils down to "use the normal System and wait forever"

The right way to report a bug is to register it, which you should do.
The fastest way to get it fixed, is to ask here.

The best way probably is to report it to the debian system and cc it
to this list.
